Yes. You must be logged into your Lola’s account to earn and redeem points. Guest checkouts are not eligible for points or rewards.

Points will expire after 6 months if there isn't any account activity. Activity is defined as doing things that would typically reward you with points.
If you cancel an order, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any points used on that purchase will be added back to your account.
If part of your order is refunded, points will be adjusted proportionally based on the refunded items.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

When you refer a friend, they will receive a link to purchase with a special discount that will automatically apply to their first order, and you’ll receive a reward too!
Enter your name and email and you will be given a unique referral link which you can share with friends and family. They can use the link to place their first order and will get £5 off automatically applied at checkout.
No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer. You can refer as many friends as you like, and you'll get a reward for each successful referral!

1. Lola’s Rewards Club points have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. The current redemption value is 1 point = £0.01. Lola’s reserves the right to amend the redemption value at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided via email or on the website.
3. Members earn 5 points for every £1 spent on eligible products online or in-store, calculated after any discounts, promotions, or loyalty redemptions have been applied. Delivery charges and gift cards are excluded unless stated otherwise.
4. You must be logged into your Lola’s Rewards account to earn or redeem points. Guest checkouts are not eligible.
5. Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount on eligible orders, subject to any applicable minimum spend or maximum redemption limits per order.
6. Points will expire after 6 months of account inactivity. Activity includes placing an order or completing actions that earn points.
7. Tier status is determined by cumulative spend. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will have their tier status reviewed and adjusted in line with the applicable spend thresholds.
8. If an order is refunded or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be removed. If points were redeemed, they will be returned to your account. Partial refunds will result in a proportional adjustment of points.
9. Birthday rewards are issued on your birthday and only once per year. If your birthday is added within 30 days of the date, the reward may be delayed for fraud prevention purposes. Note: You cannot be given a birthday reward without providing us with your birthday.
10. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with gift cards or promotional voucher codes unless explicitly stated.
11. The programme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Only one account per person and email address is permitted. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
12. Points cannot be earned or redeemed at Lola’s Bakery(West Hampstead) or any other excluded locations.
13. Lola’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove points, or refuse membership where misuse, fraud, or abuse of the programme is suspected.
14. Lola’s may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Rewards programme at any time. Where changes materially affect members, reasonable notice will be provided.
15. Lola’s is not responsible for points or rewards lost due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues where possible.
16. Lola’s reserves the right to correct any errors in points balances, rewards, or redemptions, including where points have been incorrectly credited or debited.

8. Referral rewards must not be shared on public coupon or discount sites. Any misuse may result in the referral being voided.
9. We carry out checks to ensure referrals are genuine. This may include reviewing email addresses, account activity and IP addresses. Referrals that appear fraudulent, duplicated or suspicious may be declined.
10. We reserve the right to withhold or remove rewards where misuse, fraud or abuse of the programme is suspected.
11. Rewards may be issued as discount codes, points, store credit or other benefits, as outlined on the referral programme page.
12. Lola’s is not responsible for any delays or issues with reward delivery due to technical errors outside of our control, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
13. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Where changes materially affect participants, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
14. If you believe a referral has been declined in error, please contact our customer service team. We’ll review and validate this where appropriate.
