Eligibility

• The Free Year of Cake offer is redeemable by one individual only.
• The offer is tied to a single customer account and cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or resold.
• Only one Free Year of Cake offer may be held per person.

Redemption

• The offer entitles the account holder to up to 12 free cake (or other product) redemptions in total.
• Redemptions are not restricted to monthly use and may be used flexibly at any time during the offer period.
• The total number of redemptions cannot exceed 12.
• A maximum value of £50 per order applies.

Offer Duration

• The offer is valid for 12 months from the date the winner is contacted.
• Any unused redemptions remaining after the 12-month period will be forfeited.

Product Eligibility

• The offer is valid on all online products.
• Product availability may vary by location and date.
• This is an online-only offer and cannot be redeemed in-store. Orders may be collected from Lola’s stores or lockers where available.

Personalisation & Upgrades

• If the selected product (including personalisation or upgrades) exceeds £50, the difference must be paid by the customer at checkout.

Delivery

• The winner will receive free all-day delivery (8am–8pm) or free postal delivery, depending on location.
• Free delivery is tied to the winner’s account and cannot be transferred.
• All deliveries are subject to availability.

Account Use & Misuse

• Any attempt to misuse the offer, including creating multiple accounts or sharing account access, may result in the offer being withdrawn without notice.

General

• The offer has no monetary value outside of this promotion.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time if misuse or operational issues arise.

15% Discount Offer – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The 15% discount offer is available to customers who entered the Manchester Free Cake competition but were not selected as the winner.
• The offer will be issued via email to eligible entrants.

Redemption

• The discount code is valid for one-time use per customer.
• The code must be applied at checkout and cannot be used more than once.
• The discount applies to product value only and does not apply to delivery charges.

Validity

• The discount code is valid until 30th April.
• Any unused codes after this date will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Usage

• The offer is valid online only at lolas.co.uk.
• The code is unique to the recipient and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless explicitly stated.

General

• Lola’s reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer if misuse or technical issues occur.
• The discount has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
