Driver Delivery Service:
Our fleet of delivery vehicles deliver to the whole of London, Birmingham, Slough, Reading, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Oxford, Guildford, Chelmsford, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Coventry. Our cupcakes and cakes cannot be sent to locations outside of these areas.

While we deliver to most locations natiownide with a next day service, the following postcode areas we are unable to currently offer postal delivery to:

We deliver from 7am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Postal delivery is available for Brownies, Postal Cupcakes, decorating kits, Frozen mini cheesecakes, flowers and other selected items. For a full list of our postal items, click here.
Our entire fleet is refrigerated, which guarantees your cakes safe arrival. Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, and need 2-3 hours at room temperature to soften, so try to arrange for your delivery to arrive a few hours ahead of your celebration wherever possible.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a reminder from us notifying you of your delivery. When our driver is on their way to you with your delivery, you will receive a text or email, providing you with a tracking link that allows you to follow the driver to your door, or make contact as necessary.
This means you can pop out, live your life, and then head home when your cake is nearby. You’ll receive a further confirmation, once the delivery has been completed.
If you’ve opted for an all-day delivery; it is not always possible to give guidance on when the delivery is likely to arrive. If you have chosen items to be posted via courier, once your items have been dispatched from us to the courier, you will receive an update and tracking information via email from the courier.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, we’ll attempt to make contact with you and look to leave the delivery in a safe place with your permission. If we bring it back to our bakery, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
We currently operate a fleet of ULEZ Euro 6 compliant vehicles, and as part of our fleet have 4 Renault Kangoo ZE, fully electric vans.
This means you don’t have to worry about the carbon footrpint of your sweet treats! All deliveries are grouped into areas and time zones, and our delivery system aims to minimise fuel and driver mileage to ensure our service to you is as environmentally responsible as possible.

Simply visit the locker location on your chosen delivery day, input the code sent in your confirmation email and retrieve your items. Our lockers allow you to pick up your item(s) conveniently and your own leisure. Kindly note that during busy periods, your pickup time may change but this will be reflected in your confirmation email or in the SMS message we will send you.
Can’t pick up in time? Our drivers will bring your item(s) to the nearest store if it has not been collected in time. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team on 0330 058 9525.
