Lola's Rewards Club: Win Free Cake for a Year – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entry is open to new customers only who sign up to Lola’s Rewards Club between 29 April 2026 and 29 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
• Customers who have previously registered an account or made a purchase with Lola’s are not eligible for entry.
• Existing customers who sign up to Lola’s Rewards Club during the Promotional Period will receive 400 points credited to their account.
• Sign-ups completed online or in-store during the Promotional Period are eligible.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• The promotion is limited to one winner.

2. How to enter

• Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon signing up to Lola’s Rewards Club during the Promotional Period.
• No purchase is necessary and no additional steps are required to enter.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random on 1 June 2026.
• The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Lola’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. The Prize

• The winner will receive £600 credit applied to their Lola’s (Shopify) account.
• The prize is intended to equate to approximately one medium cake per month for 12 months plus free delivery, though usage is flexible.
• The winner will also receive free standard delivery on orders placed using this credit, subject to availability.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

5. Use of Credit

• The £600 credit may be used across multiple orders until fully redeemed.
• Credit may be used flexibly and is not restricted to monthly usage.
• Any order value exceeding the available credit must be paid by the customer at checkout.

6. Offer Duration

• The credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is applied to the winner’s account.
• Any unused credit remaining after this period will expire and be forfeited.

7. Product & Order Eligibility

• Credit may be redeemed against all eligible products available online.
• Product availability may vary by location and date.
• Orders must be placed online and may be collected in-store, via lockers, or delivered where available.

8. Delivery

• Free standard delivery applies only to orders placed using the promotional credit and is subject to location and availability.
• Delivery benefits are tied to the winner’s account and cannot be transferred.

9. Account Use & Misuse

• The prize is linked to a single customer account and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.
• Any misuse of the promotion, including the creation of multiple accounts to gain additional entries, may result in disqualification or withdrawal of the prize.

10. General

• Lola’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
